With the new game just around the corner, The 7 Wonders of Crysis 3 will help get you up to speed.
So another week, another web series that’s designed to help promote a new game. Though the following is noteworthy for two reasons…
First, it’s intended to demonstrate the fancy tech behind Crysis 3‘s visuals. Everything you saw was rendered by the latest version of the CryEngine; sure looks pretty doesn’t it? And before you ask, you’ll probably have to upgrade you PC if you want the game to look has half as good.
Second, The 7 Wonders is helmed by Albert Hughes, one half of the Hughes Brothers. You know, the siblings that gave us Menace II Society, From Hell, and The Book of Eli. I could be wrong, but I believe the above is the most high profile Hollywood talent to become directly involved in Machinima. Which is pretty rad on a number of levels.
