I don’t know if I’d infiltrate a drug ring for my kid. But I’m not The Rock. I think Snitch was supposed to come out after G.I. Joe: Retaliation, but that movie’s push back for reshoots has really screwed up the Dwayne Johnson movie timeline. No matter, though: this looks like it could be fun. The former pro wrestler plays a dad who goes undercover in a Mexican cartel to get information for the DEA and spring his kid, who was set up on a carry deal. It’s based on a true story, which now I need to know more about. Snitch opens in theaters on February 22, 2013.
