Before she became as well-known for her political activism as for her acting Ashley Judd was one of our favorite stars. Especially when we discovered she was the sexiest Kentucky basketball fan on the planet. Let’s take a look back and see what she’s up to today.
Ashley Judd first hit our radars with her (nude) performance in the 1996 film Norma Jean & Marilyn, but that was only the beginning. Movies like Kiss the Girls and Double Jeopardy cemented her status as an actress we wanted to see on the big screen. Right around the time Double Jeopardy came out she became engaged to IndyCar driver Dario Franchitti, making her one of our favorite WAGs on the planet in addition to one of the sexiest college basketball fans in America. Sadly for regular viewers of the Indy 500 Ashley and Dario divorced in January of this year making one of the most eligible bachelorettes in Hollywood.
More recently Ashley starred in the films Dolphin Tale and Olympus Has Fallen, and will appear in three more films by the end of 2014, including Dolphin Tale 2, showing that while she may be big on politics, she’s still interested in continuing her film career. For that we say thank you, Ashley. Please keep the movies coming.
