I have to believe this was all an elaborate prank on that worker designed to mess with his hand. “Yeah Yoshi, you totally stopped that train entirely by yourself! You did it!” Meanwhile there’s a guy hitting the emergency brake in the front of the train laughing uncontrollably like an anime character. Great prank, guys.
