Pearl Cantrell is 105 years old. And she swears on her life that bacon has been a key to her longevity.
Pearl, a Texas native, told local NBC affiliate KRBC, “I love bacon, I eat it everyday. I don’t feel as old as I am.”
Oscar Meyer caught wind of the older gal’s penchant for the fried pork and gave her a special delivery of bacon in the company’s signature Wienermobile.
Despite her advanced age, she also squeezes in some time for dancing every week, too. Probably helps balance out the hog fat in her left ventricle.
