Danny Amendola, who just joined the New England Patriots last month, has stepped in to make a difference during these troubling times. The wide receiver pledged donations to Boston bombing victims for the upcoming season. The bombing, which shook downtown Boston yesterday afternoon, claimed 3 lives and left 144 injured.
I will DONATE $100 for EVERY pass I catch next season to whatever “Boston Marathon Relief Fund” there is. And $200 for any dropped pass.

Listen, I like Amendola but dammit, I’m rooting for him to drop like 500 passes this year. Definitely not drafting him in fantasy. But seriously, awesome gesture. Good on you sir.
