Yoga pants may have a special place in the hearts and minds of men everywhere. But one top supplier is recalling some for being “too sheer.”
Lululemon is one of the top suppliers of yoga pants but they’re expected to pull a large amount of their signature product for not meeting the usual criteria.
The stock price of the Canadian company fell six percent after the announcement, according to the Chicago Tribune.
“The ingredients, weight and longevity qualities of the pants remain the same but the coverage does not,” Lululemon disclosed in the statement.
The shortage of new inventory is expected to cost Lululemon around $10 million in sales according to updated financial projections.
We were unable to find any complaints on Twitter from customers complaining about the pants being too sheer for public consumption though “yoga pants recall” was trending as of publishing this article.
Sad times for America.
