In the past year I’ve jumped on the gin bandwagon and have enjoyed every minute of it. One reason I love it so much is that brands like Hendrick’s are encouraging people to drink in the morning.
Nothing makes you feel like a degenerate more than breakfast cocktails. Sure we play it off like we aren’t really alcoholics, but deep down inside we know it’s inappropriate to drink before 10am without some sort of sporting event to attend afterwards. The fact that Hendrick’s is a classy gin eases that realization a little bit. If you visit mid-high end cocktail bars you’ve undoubtedly spotted it on the shelf.
The biggest thing to take from this video is that the position, “Commander of Special Operations,” exists. All you have to do is have hilarious hair and dress like Sherlock Holmes.
